ERO Building

In the urban business core of Nicosia, this seven-level commercial building stands as a distinct insertion into the cityscape. Originally designed and constructed in the early 1990s by THK Architects, the structure has undergone a comprehensive exterior rejuvenation. The updated facade introduces a contemporary material palette, blending refined metallic elements that respond directly to the dynamic urban context.

Integrated architectural lighting activates the facade after sunset, establishing a clear nighttime presence within the skyline. Internally, the floor plates have been reconfigured into an open, modern layout. Workspace zones are defined by minimalist glass partitioning, optimizing natural light penetration and fostering a collaborative environment. This mid-rise structure successfully pairs its original structural framework with contemporary spatial design, serving as both a highly functional workspace and a permanent visual landmark.
