THK Architects was founded by Theodore Kyriakides in 1972. Theodore's extensive expertise spans from Electrical Engineering, Physics, Architecture, and Civil Engineering, acquired in Athens, Greece and supplemented by further specialized training from esteemed Scandinavian Universities.

 

     The practice underwent stages of modernization with the valuable contributions of Nikolas Kyriakides in 2012 and Ioannis Kyriakides in 2016. Both individuals possess a diverse range of degrees, diplomas, and distinctions in Arts and Design, including a Master of Architecture March. RIBA II obtained from institutions in the U.K. and Cyprus.

     

     THK Architects guarantees expedited vision and cost-efficient project development. To date, we have successfully completed numerous buildings, showcasing particular expertise in Medical planning, Residential, and Tourist accommodation.
